Dr. Halm donates to Schools.

Dr. John Kofi Halm, National Democratic Congress’ Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for Trobu Constituency, has expressed concerned for the need for students to practice environmental cleanliness to keep their schools and environment clean. He said, both the physical environment and the social environment affect each other. He maintained, the way students think, dress, eat and behave depend on the environment in which they found themselves.

Dr. Halm was interacting with students across his constituency during which he made a number of presentations to the schools in line with his vision of keeping the environment clean.

Dr. Halm who is a medical professional himself, understands the implications of environmental cleanliness. He told the students, “a clean environment is essential for healthy living” and as the saying goes, “when the last tree dies the last man dies”, people must be made aware of the gradual degradation of the environment. “We all need to fight against it”, he said.

He urged the students to be disciplined towards their academic activities seriously to enable them not only become successful in their external exams but also become quality human resource for the constituency and Ghana.

He advised students and teachers to maintain high level of student – teacher coordination that would help increase academic performance in the District.

He told the students his visit and donations was many things to come. He promised, he would bring his lobbying skills on-board and would do everything in his capacity as an MP once he is elected to lobby for good educational materials that would develop their capacity and potentials.

Dr. Kofi Halm, who is a medical professional and development expect, is hoping to become a Member of Parliament in the coming December 2024 Parliamentary and Presidential elections on the ticket of NationalDemocratic Congress for Trobu Constituency in the Greater Accra Region.

He is confident, he would win the election in order to bring positive change to his constituents in the area of youth development and employment, women empowerment and job creation. He is hopeful, the 24 hour economy would go along way to open and create jobs and employment for Ghanaians and his constituents.

He however, urged all to embrace the NDC and its policies for “Building the Ghana We Want Together” and vote massively for him and John Mahama in the upcoming December polls.
