Joseph A. Jackson, who went by the stage name Commando Joe, is the guy behind the music. He says his sound is intended to complement the lifestyle of his audience. Commando Joe’s cadence, which is said to have originated in West Jamaica, has gained popularity all over the world.

It’s party time whenever the Commando is feeling saucy, and the ‘Bad Gyal’ single was the perfect song for getting everyone in the party mood. The song ‘My Life,’ which was produced as a result of a collaboration between Commando Joe and Trinity, offers a glimpse into his everyday life.
 
The dancehall performer has his sights set on Mexico, where he will collaborate with the mega-dancehall DJ known as Zeros (Iniciativa Dance Hall Collective), as well as Tony Browne. (Reggae Ska All Star Sinfonia).
In continuation of the Mexico activation, Commando Joe and his crew are making preparations for a massive media campaign that will include show dates, a mixtape, and collaborations with Mexican musicians. In some quarters, Commando Joe is referred to as the “Bob Marley of Dancehall,” and together with his record company, “Tori Productions,” he is attempting to make a name for themselves in the music industry.
