The second edition of the Face Of Ghana Youth (FOGYA) Awards 2024 was held last Saturday in Accra, celebrating the achievements of over 60 outstanding youth in various fields of endeavor. The awards, organized by Face Of Ghana Youth Awards, aim to recognize, reward and celebrate hard-working youth in Ghana.
The event was graced by several dignitaries, celebrities, media personalities, and stakeholders from various sectors. Among them was Destiny Riverson Bentil, the CEO of Glint Africa, a leading digital marketing agency, who delivered a motivational speech to the winners and nominees.
Bentil congratulated the youth for their hard work, creativity, and passion, and urged them to continue to pursue their dreams and make a positive impact in their communities and the nation at large. He said, “You are the future of Ghana and you have proven that with your hard work, creativity, and passion. You have inspired me and many others with your stories and successes. I urge you to keep up the good work and never give up on your goals. You have the potential to change the world for the better.”
The awards covered various categories such as entrepreneurship, media, sports, arts, education, health, social work, and more. Some of the notable winners of the night include Ignite Media’s Kofi Otuo Bekoe, who won the Radio/TV Producer of the Year award, and Naomi Nanor, who won the Youth Model of the Year award.
